Trainee event - soaring high together

Seen from below, the climbing wall seems infinitely high. Fortunately, we don't have to do it alone. At the trainee event with our six trainees in Berlin, we took on this challenge. Not only are we excellent at working together, but we are also a team on the climbing wall.   
With the instruction and introduction of experienced trainers, the trainees secured each other. Step by step they went up. This was not only fun, but also strengthened the group feeling and created trust.
